Mother's Day cupcakes

These are some chocolate cupcakes with buttercream icing I made for Mother's Day! I used the family favorite Townhouse Special Chocolate Cake and then using my leaf tip made a bunch of flower petals to go on top! Mom thought they were beautiful and tasted delish!

St. Patrick's cake

I know it's a been awhile because I've been hassled every day to get the blog updated! So this is a start...I made this vanilla cake with white chocolate icing for St. Patrick's day. A bit plain, yes, but I didn't have a lot of time. It was a good cake, but not the best we've ever had. Hope you all have a sweet day!
