When it's a tulip! LOL, ok so when I was looking at my Sweet November Banana Fairy I thought she looked like one of my tulips that are blooming outside now. Of course I had to give the transformation a try, and with a little help from my altering teacher, I think I pulled it off...anyway I'm happy with her.I was able to make this card for two challenges, a first for me, the ATS Wednesday Challenge and the Flutterby Challenge.
